We have developed a powerful new technology that enables business users to effortlessly and rapidly build, validate, and execute new business processes, possibly spanning multiple applications and systems, securely but directly into the enterprise production environment. 

Historically, creating new processes in a multi-application environment has been a challenge requiring full systems integration at considerable cost and effort with business benefits often lagging well behind the emergence of the new requirements.

How Blue Prism technology works

Integration projects have traditionally been challenging due to the intrinsic complexity and diversity of modern enterprise architectures. Often built over many investment cycles, incompatible technologies and application silos can reside even within the same business line. Build and test

Blue Prism solutions feature a scaleable object oriented hierarchy, where fragments of application functionality can be wrapped and exposed to multiple, hierarchical recursive implementations, allowing complex rules and functions to be captured, tested and maintained by non-technical process analysts.  Implementation streams such as validation, unit testing and scenario planning are all supported by the Blue Prism technology framework. 

Deploy

Already proven in large, mission-critical deployments, the Blue Prism product architecture provides a flexible range of deployment options with both server and client configurations. This supports server-based heavy-load process automation as well as client-based light-weight process monitoring and agent process adherence. This allows high volume batch processes and consolidated desktop views and functions all within the same technology set. 

Control

The flexibility, adaptability and rapid deployment model afforded by Blue Prism solutions are wrapped by a number of layers of control technology. This underpins a robust enterprise methodology for deployment, spanning process control, execution control and change control, as well as the disciplines around business goals and ROI. Key to the technology is the manner in which the business monitor and assess returns on new process configurations bringing a new level of transparency to business activity. The technology enables process development without software coding and yet through clear interfaces and simple studio layouts offers a business user all of the subtlety and re-usability of object-oriented design in an intuitive manner without the pre-requisite of deep technical knowledge, whilst simultaneously offering a technical user the full power of an object-oriented enterprise integration platform.
