The Current Situation

Blue Prism has identified the US as its #1 priority market for investment and growth, with SLED expected to play a major role in this success. As such, the company plans to build out a strong team to focus on and accelerate growth in the Americas, particularly in SLED.

There is an opportunity to influence and impact the growth and culture - and participate in the success - of a growing company in a red-hot technology market.

Your Responsibilities

  • Owning, forecasting and consistently achieving agreed-upon revenue goals
  • Selling with and engaging closely with strategic alliance and channel partners, to develop new joint business opportunities and drive revenue
  • Becoming a trusted advisor to your end user customers
  • Being a student of the IA market, and having the intellectual hunger to be continually educating yourself on this evolving space
  • Having the ability to travel when necessary up to 50% of the time

Our Ideal Candidate

Our Ideal Candidate

Specifically, the ideal candidate will own the following responsibilities:

  • Understanding current initiatives and mission priorities, building trust relationships with establishing and leveraging strong partnerships with key trusted partners, and providing creative IA solutions
  • Developing and maintaining an accurate forecast of products and services, and attainment of forecasted revenue targets

Your Experience

  • A minimum of ten years of experience selling software and professional services to SLED customers with a minimum of five years of that time selling to this specific geography
  • Experience positioning a move to SaaS from traditional term or perpetual licensing is a plus
  • Be highly familiar with key initiatives supporting IA projects, and well versed in contract vehicles and procurement strategies
  • Have a successful track record partnering with a range of partners from boutiques to DVARs to consultancies to systems integrators
  • Be highly capable of communicating and building trust with senior executives and officers
  • You’ve used a structured sales process such as MEDDICC to ensure a common language for the business and deep understanding of your opportunity pipeline, created cross-functional account plans, and have successfully pursued complex, multi-year program awards
