The Role of the Modern CFO Expands Its Bounds More Than Ever Before

Today’s CFOs are more involved in the successful execution of corporate and operating strategies than ever. This trend has put pressure on finance teams to shorten monthly close timelines while simultaneously increasing insights into departmental performance. It is not possible for most CFOs to double the size of their teams to keep up.
