Blue Prism’s global expansion has seen the business developing rapidly, with customers and partners increasing significantly and at a pace.

The Americas are an important market and requires a dynamic partner marketing professional to develop and execute upon an agreed Go-To-Market strategy To, With and Through multiple Blue Prism channels, from global alliance partners and management consultancies to industry and geo-specific partners to application developers and VARs.

THE ROLE: Channel and ISV Partner Marketing Manager, Americas

Location and Package

Location is flexible.

Travel required throughout USA with occasional travel internationally.

Key purpose/ general description of the role

Plays a crucial role in building/influencing pipeline by developing and executing highly effective channel marketing programs. Success factors include capability in building awareness, driving demand, creating leads and building partner pipeline. Responsible for driving To, Through, and With marketing programs with Blue Prism partners across the Americas. Identify key opportunities to support business growth and promotion of the wider adoption of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with Blue Prism partners, working with the Blue Prism partner managers and alongside the Blue Prism sales teams in the market space. Provide marketing leadership across all facets of go-to-market activities with our key partners. Work closely with our sales, marketing, demand generation, events, PR, product and content marketing teams to execute strategies.

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Develop marketing strategy with top partner accounts to include mix of strategic and tactical activity targeting partner, customer and prospect personas. Ensure that campaigns adhere to the guidelines of Partner Marketing’s strategies to generate leads and accelerate pipeline. Lead review sessions with partners to monitor ROI on marketing initiatives.
  • Demand Generation. Responsible for creation and execution of demand generation campaigns that address marketing To, Through and With Blue Prism Partners. Utilize CRM, webinar platform and other event management tools to ensure adequate demand generation activity and results are achieved through campaign planning and execution.
  • Reporting. Prepare marketing metrics, analysis and related illustrative materials for incorporation in executive-level reporting and/or for global distribution. Participate in regular marketing and sales reviews – present impact of marketing efforts on sales pipelines. Monitor, analyze and report performance (leads and pipeline) against forecasts and past performance. Apply learning to increase success of future marketing programs.
  • Budget. Identify key strategic opportunities to drive high-value for Blue Prism and partner promotion while maximizing overall budget value. Maintain an alignment between program investment and business goals. Continual budget planning and management including Market Development Funds (MDF) against goals and forecast are necessary.
  • Collaboration. Work cross functionally to achieve successful adoption of core marketing campaigns, materials and programs. Includes building strong relationships with corporate marketing, customer marketing, product marketing and the sales organization. Collaborate with the global partner marketing team to align and support global initiatives with partners in the Americas. Integrate and deploy the full range of multimedia marketing and promotion tools to support channel marketing, including print and online collateral, advertising, media relations, live and virtual events, video, social media, success stories, case studies, etc.
  • Responsible for management and execution of other duties as assigned.

Key skills & experience needed

  • 5 years of Channel Partner experience in technology marketing
  • Experience with technology and solutions marketing desired
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Strong understanding of demand generation & platforms
  • Proven marketing campaign and event planning execution experience
  • Strong organizational, project management and multi-tasking skills
  • Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong conceptual thinker.
  • Excellent written and spoken communications skills; digital/social media expertise required; creative experience a plus.
