Blue Prism is seeking a Sr. Industry Marketing Director focused on the Telecommunications/Networking industry.
Responsible for the development and execution of an integrated marketing plan that emphasizes market specific content and messaging for awareness and demand generation. This senior director works closely with marketing and sales leadership, as well as company-wide functional teams to create, plan and execute specific, targeted campaigns.
The position requires an independent, results-oriented professional with expertise in strategic marketing plan development. Operating in a fast-paced, hypergrowth environment that requires everyone to assume both strategic and tactical execution responsibilities.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 15+ years’ experience in industry/product marketing
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
- Proven history of creating and executing effective and integrated marketing strategies and campaigns
- Experience in writing compelling customer-focused content, campaigns and website copy
- Master communicator and presenter with outstanding written and verbal skills that build confidence in team members and partners.
- Strong executive presence, ability to articulate and evangelize Blue Prism’s value proposition in relation to Industry
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet changing deadlines and address unique challenges of hyper-growth
- Leading the development and execution of Blue Prism’s Telecommunications/Networking industry marketing strategy and campaigns, ensuring collaboration and alignment between marketing programs and sales objectives, global and partner needs
- Acting as company Subject Matter Expert for Telecommunications/Networking
- Develop vertical messaging and identifying content needs
- Identify industry specific marketing opportunities, tradeshows, customer events, editorial opportunities etc.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of collateral (i.e. solution briefs, sales presentations, demo and marketing videos, etc.) and use cases that illustrate how Blue Prism solves specific business challenges in the Telecommunications/Networking industry.
- Create sales enablement industry assets that increase awareness of Blue Prism
- Promotional strategy and tactics for vertical assets/content including email, landing page and other marketing copy
- Managing the execution or overseeing the ongoing awareness and demand generation activities, including seminars, webinars, tradeshows, on-site workshops, integrated online campaigns, partner enablement, etc.
