Your Opportunity:

As the Vice President of the growing Technology Alliances team, you will create and drive key strategic programs and relationships globally to launch and manage our Strategic Technology Alliance Program (TAP) and partners.

• Driving partner strategy and execution of a technology partner GTM model

• Technology company strategy experience

• Business case development and P&L management

• Vendor management experience in development and completion of projects

• International experience required

• Entrepreneurial, pioneering, evangelistic

• Proactive and reliable

• Excellent communicator and cool under pressure

• Structured and process driven

• High energy and shows passion and commitment

• Willing to travel and spend time away from home

Your Experience:

• People leader, able to lead others to achieve goals within Blue Prism and partners’ organizations

• Virtual team leader, able to bring together a team of people with the right skills to define and drive individual projects to fruition

• Strong experience in a commercial Partner/Alliance/Channel sales environment knowing what it takes to succeed for the sales and alliance managers accountable for partner acquisition, onboarding and revenue growth

• Understands various types of ecosystem models and industry go to market models, able to articulate usability of various models within Blue Prism and extend proposals to the business re: how to take advantage of large global TAP partners’ ecosystem models for our revenue growth objectives

• Experience negotiating legal terms and conditions from a business perspective

• Able to develop and manage long-term relationships through up’s and downs both internally within Blue Prism and externally with our partners

• Understands technical concepts and issues and can articulate technical blockers to LOB

• Excellent communicator both written and verbally

• Inquisitive and tenacious with the ability to find and drive new opportunities

• Ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving and challenging environment

• Strong project management skills

• Credible at the executive and operational level
