Over the past few months we have been collaborating with Salesforce to help customers automate complex enterprise workflows. Our goal was simple, let’s put the power of intelligent automation directly into the hands of business leaders, contact center agents and sales professionals, so that they can respond more quickly.

We are now able to offer Blue Prism Digital Workers in conjunction with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Einstein capabilities. Blue Prism’s connected-RPA platform, along with a Salesforce connector, are available on the Salesforce AppExchange and 5 new skills are now available on the Blue Prism’s Digital Exchange (DX). The new Blue Prism Salesforce connector provides Salesforce users with seamless access to RPA capabilities either in an on-premises or a cloud-based deployment while the new skills enable digital workers to drive actions within Salesforce.

Together, we are enabling intelligent automation. As an example, contact center agents using Service Cloud can further reduce Average Handle Time (AHT), increasing First Call Resolution (FCR) and improve the quality and accuracy of responses. This means tasks are being handled faster and more accurately, while service agents and sales professionals are free to focus on improving the overall quality of customer service.

This is just the beginning. Our collaboration with Salesforce also gives anyone the ability to build intelligent workflows in Salesforce with code-optional AI and cognitive and intelligent automation skills that mimic human capability. Pre-built connectors make it easy to automate tasks in and around the Salesforce stack - entry of customer data, quotes, account updates, etc. Now, business process owners drive process definitions, rather than IT, without worrying about compliance or regulatory issues. And a library of reusable Blue Prism objects makes it possible to create endless automations.

Another example is our work with Salesforce Einstein. Blue Prism can offer the means for Salesforce Einstein to be able to operationalize external AI/ML data sets and modeling tools in a seamless, real-time manner. Blue Prism's intelligent automation capabilities can be integrated into the Salesforce environment, so that processes, such as advanced analytical modeling, can be invoked by actions within Salesforce, and the results of these Blue Prism processes returned appropriately and in real-time.
