Winners for the Value Driver Excellence Award: Best Use of Blue Prism to Deliver Business Value
- Winner: The Very Group (Shop Direct)
The Very Group have been leveraging connected-RPA as part of their digital transformation journey since 2007. With the objective of improving the quality, speed and consistency in decision making, an initiative was launched to improve our fraud handling processes by working cross functionally across Operations, Logistics, Fraud and outsourced Webhelp contact centers. These efforts have not only resulted in a multi-million reduction in costs due to fraudulent activities, they have also improved the customer experience by offering a smoother and more consistent journey.
What is striking from all submissions is that while the savings that they’re achieving are still significant, huge productivity gains are being experienced while innovation and transformation are being accelerated. What’s also really heartening is that these organizations have happier staff, as they’re being liberated to re-focus on more value-added tasks.
Many organizations report enhanced speed and accuracy of processes – which is delivering greater compliance and a more consistent client experience. Ultimately, for those who employ Connected-RPA in tandem with other cognitive tools, are seeing this as providing a true foundation for enabling collaborative technology innovation – so they deliver digital transformation across their businesses.
We want to thank all the trailblazers that have contributed to this year’s awards program by submitting their entries and congratulate all the winners on being recognized for breaking ground in their digital transformation journey.
