CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has included Linda Dotts, Chief Partner Strategy Officer at Blue Prism, on the highly respected Women of the Channel list for 2021.
This annual list recognizes the unique strengths, vision and achievements of female leaders in the IT channel. The 2021 Women of the Channel list acknowledges women from all over the IT channel, including vendors, distributors and solution providers.
The women honored on this year’s list pushed forward with comprehensive business plans, marketing initiatives and other innovative ideas to support their partners and customers, helping them through the uncertainty brought on by the global COVID-19 pandemic. CRN celebrates these exceptional women for their leadership, dedication and channel advocacy.
CRN was particularly impressed with Linda’s team’s involvement in expanding Blue Prism’s Digital Exchange (DX), the intelligent automation “app store” and community. DX is the first network of its kind, providing users with an “a la carte menu” of intelligent automation solutions, securing thousands registered companies since its launch in November 2019.
By driving the Blue Prism’s Technology Alliance Program (TAP), which allows participating companies to easily share their solutions by uploading them to the DX, Linda and her team were commended for making AI more accessible than ever. By successfully establishing Blue Prism’s DX, Linda has inspired Blue Prism to think beyond the traditional methods of increasing RPA adoption and build key partnerships.
As part of this year’s entry, Linda demonstrated great leadership by contributing to Blue Prism’s culture of inclusion and empowerment, in part by helping to found Women in Connected RPA. By connecting women in RPA at Blue Prism and beyond, Linda has played an integral role in establishing a community that helps women gain a competitive advantage in this growing market. CRN recognized the outstanding accomplishments of Linda and her team, which will undoubtedly have a prolonged impact on both Blue Prism and the RPA market as whole.
I congratulate Linda on this fantastic achievement, having impressed with her continued demonstration of outstanding leadership and dedication to her role. Not only has she driven Blue Prism’s Technology Alliance Partnership (TAP) to outstanding success, she continues to inspire and champion women in the workplace. For this, Blue Prism is exceptionally proud of Linda’s contribution and we look forward to more great things from her and her team.”Jason Kingdon CEO & Chairman, Blue Prism
