DTE Energy: Increasing Productivity Across the Business with RPA

Market conditions in the utility industry are rapidly changing—and companies are under pressure to increase productivity and reduce operational costs in order to deliver value to their customers and shareholders. In response to this challenging environment, DTE Energy turned to Intelligent Automation as a key component to achieving their operational goals.

Every five years the company establishes a corporate productivity goal with the objective to keep costs as low as possible.
