Getnet by Santander is the service provider for credit and debit card transactions at Banco Santander México. Getnet serves 250,000 merchants in Mexico has a strong focus on operational excellence. In order to streamline its business processes and improve operational efficiency, Getnet leveraged Blue Prism’s connected-RPA platform. Specifically, the company looked to automate the process of resetting Point of Sale terminals with the use of Blue Prism Digital Workers and an Installer Chatbot from ARIA Bots.
