Blue Prism continues to extend the art of what’s possible with Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The company’s Digital Workforce leverages intelligent automation capabilities such as sentiment analysis to help drive innovation, making them more than just software robots. This demo showcases how Blue Prism can be used to measure the “emotion content” on social media for a given announcement and take corrective action, if necessary. By pairing Google’s Natural Language Processing with a Blue Prism Digital Worker, social media content can be analyzed and ranked for tone—positive, neutral or negative.
