Mashreq Bank processes a large volume of credit requests from customers. And the bank often received incomplete SWIFT messages and was looking for a way to rapidly fill gaps between the systems so there were no delays in processing customer requests. Blue Prism digital workers were brought in to conduct data validation, match data points, and issue credit to customers.
