We are looking for an Agile Business Analyst to be part of the team that is building Blue Prism’s latest, innovative product. This role's principle responsibility will be to gather and analyse the Customer requirements, before translating these into solutions that can be brought to life by the product developers via the Product Owner.

We are looking for a self-starter who enjoys learning continuously and working autonomously, driving and prioritising their own work to deliver against a clear set of agreed objectives. As well as someone who works collaboratively, who makes the extra effort to put others at ease, build rapport, and understand the person that they are working with. Including building long and lasting relationships with Customers and Partners and finding the right solution for Blue Prism Users.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver the solutions in line with the product development roadmap.
  • Proactively engage and promote the user community to source ideas, opportunities and information to enable prioritisation.
  • Work with the Product Owner to translate requirements into user stories to feed the Agile development teams.
  • Collaborate with the Blue Prism internal experts, and product community, to develop the technical solutions to the problems identified.
  • Support the Implementation Manager by developing the documentation and training to support the internal enablement for each product release.
  • Review and contribute to the technical product documentation.


Experience and Skills

  • Core skills: Creativity, problem solving, stakeholder management; prioritisation; problem solving; requirements elicitation and translation, workshop delivery, and communication.
  • Delivering output in accordance with Agile principles and methodology
  • Proven ability to plan and run workshops such as technical demonstrations or requirements engineering and refinement
  • Experience in working within a highly complex product environment, potentially across numerous workstreams
  • Experience working on major IT architectural builds
  • Knowledge and experience of various change documentation, including Business Case, Traceability Matrix, Benefits analysis, feasibility study, Project Initiation Documents
  • Analyse business requests to streamline and automate functions and processes, using existing templates or develop new templates if needed. Produce strong supporting documents and process flows
  • Good knowledge of the RPA market, including knowledge of the different types of products, suppliers and consumers
  • User stories, acceptance criteria and scenario testing (BDD)
  • Process mapping skills (Visio)
  • Analysis skills and techniques (i.e. 3 Amigos, SIPOC, 5 Why’s)
  • Presentation (Powerpoint)
  • Highly developed Microsoft products
  • Ability to gather and write Non-Functional Requirements
  • Jira and A-Ha
