Our relationship with Accenture needs to be preserved and developed further still. You will engage closely with the Executive Management Team in the region and perform both tactically and strategically for the mutual benefit of Accenture and Blue Prism.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will have responsibility for performance and engagement in our most influential partner today. The challenge is to raise the bar higher in anticipation for the next period of hyper-growth
  • Create and build upon the relationships we have at the highest levels that enshrines trusted advisory and professional integrity between Accenture and Blue Prism
    • Development further our strategy and partner business plan and execute upon it
  • Develop an understanding of the markets the partners operate in, and each partner's own competitive strategy.
  • Ensure this knowledge is continually shared with team members and Blue Prism stakeholders.
  • Actively promote a programme to develop increased commitment and Intelligent Automation service delivery competency and capacity.
  • Work with Marketing to drive the maximum ROI from any partner marketing investment into demand generation campaigns and vertical market plans.
  • Work closely and collaboratively to help identification, development, forecasting and management of opportunities to achieve the mutual revenue goals.
  • Conduct sales presentations to and in conjunction with Accenture Partners to our mutual clients until they achieve self-sufficiency.
  • Proactively drive awareness of the Blue Prism strategy and proposition at all levels across Accenture.
  • Transition relationships to appropriate sales and support team members as appropriate.

Your Experiences:

  • Strong experience in a commercial Partner/Alliance/Channel sales environment with proven success.
  • Well established contacts and relationships with Accenture in EMEA will be a distinct advantage
  • Excellent understanding of complex solution sales cycle and a proven track record of successful solution selling.
  • You will have empathy and a clear understanding of the ‘Partner’ driven mind set
  • Broad industry experience – Advisory Consulting, Alliances, channels.
  • Clear and sustained ability of developing and influencing long-term relationships at the highest levels
    • Mixture of new business and account management.
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbally.
  • Inquisitive, challenging and tenacious raison d’etre.
  • Ability to recruit and manage a ‘virtual’ team to support themselves and the partner.
  • Ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving and challenging environment
  • Credible at executive and operational level.
