Germany Based: We are looking for an Alliance Manager, DACH & EE. This candidate will act as the primary relationship owner for partners in the DACH & EE region.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Recruit, develop and maintain partner contacts for both sales and delivery
  • Development and execution of the partner business plan with the global teams
  • Develop an understanding of the markets Accenture / Avanade and other GSIs operate in, and their own competitive strategy
  • Ensure this knowledge is continually shared with team members and Blue Prism team members
  • Actively promote a program to develop increased commitment and Intelligent Automation sales competency and capacity
  • Work closely with the partner to help identification, development, forecasting and management of opportunities to achieve the revenue goals, by industry, by relevant partners
  • Conduct sales presentations to and in conjunction with our partner to our mutual clients until they achieve self-sufficiency
  • Proactively generate commitment towards the Blue Prism strategy and proposition at all levels across the partner
  • Create unique value proposition with partners to Grow Blue Prism market share driving long term customer value
  • Transition relationships to appropriate sales and support team members as appropriate

Working Relationships:

Work with Marketing to drive the maximum value from any partner marketing investment into demand generation campaigns and vertical market plans

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Working in a Partner/Alliances/Channel role
  • Experience in Application Software / Business Transformation Sales
  • Software industry (must), Intelligent Automation industry a big plus
  • Good knowledge of Cloud partner ecosystem
  • Experience in driving partner strategy and execution for Blue Prism Partners
  • Strong experience in a commercial Partner/Alliance/Channel sales environment with shown success.
  • Strong experience in sales, value proposition development and delivery, solution development and delivery.
  • Strong customer and partner facing communications and presentation skills
  • Excellent understanding of complex solution sales cycle and a consistent track record of successful solution selling.
  • Broad industry experience Ð Corporates, Public Sector, manufacturing etc.
  • Able to develop long-term relationships.
  • Mixture of new business and account management.
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbally.
  • Inquisitive and tenacious with the ability to find new opportunities.
  • Ability to recruit and lead a virtual team to support themselves and the partners.
  • Ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving and challenging environment
  • Credible at executive and operational level.
