Your Opportunity

You will lead Blue Prism’s Go to Market team that will focus on FSI (Banking and Insurance) in the Region. Our product is one that is Business Led and you and your team will have responsibility of supporting the regional sales teams, providing valued insight into current market needs, CxO objectives and ensuring our propositions meet the ongoing demands of C Suite whilst they consider ongoing transformational objectives.


You will take responsibility for the financial performance of FSI in your region, and for the FSI forecasts, pipeline and P&L. In addition, you will leverage your in-depth domain subject matter expertise, industry relationships and hands-on transformational experience, to support key relationships and key deals as well as leading multi-disciplinary teams and facing off with senior client stakeholders, SME’s as well as actively managing client relationships and developing innovative approaches / solutions to sales and delivery. Providing your advisory and subject matter leadership to business development via proposals and value proposition materials will be key to increasing Blue Prism’s presence within the Board Room and ensuring we continue to be the market leader and Digital Workforce provider of choice.

Your Experience:

  • 10- 15 years experience working at Director level and above within the Big 4 and / or Software Vendors and / or Tier One Management Consultancy.
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of the Financial Services Industry – recognised as a thought leader and influencer
  • Quantifiable experience of collaboration across Customer Office and Sales Teams to create an effective Go-to-Market strategy
  • Leading initiatives at CxO level
  • Demonstrated experience in advising and supporting business development and account teams with providing domain expertise, consulting methodology know-how, preparing proposals, developing value propositions, and performing senior management presentations
  • Sound capability to lead with your knowledge of regional FSI sector dynamics and trends
  • Possessing key client relationships and industry network
  • Team leadership skills, staff mentoring combined with a high emotional intelligence
  • Excellent client management experience including aligning account strategies to revenue opportunities
  • Large 'key' account experience and track record of driving multi-million dollar revenue streams
  • Previous sales experience gained within software or IT sales organization
  • Experience of selling SaaS, PaaS solutions highly advantageous
  • Executive level relationship management
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, any other language or would be a bonus

Your Responsibilities:

  • Providing strategic leadership to clients
  • Managing executive relationships between Blue Prism and our clients
  • Orchestrating development of accounts, including development & management of the resources worldwide
  • Building trust & deep multi-tiered relationships through our customers at CxO level
  • Managing expectations and building capabilities within clients and with Blue Prism to ensure the customer experience is consistently world class
  • Understanding client business needs, and continually aligning engagement to new and existing business needs
  • Achieving financial targets set out for the given set of customers, including Licenses, Renewals & Professional Services
  • Developing win-win propositions for Blue Prism and our customers to achieve growth targets
  • Leading Blue Prism engagement across the accounts, including sales teams in other geographies/territories to develop opportunities
  • Ensuring appropriate technical alignment (pre and post sales) to enable customers
  • Internal and external stakeholders, developing relationships with Senior Execs are key
  • Walking the corridors of the CxO community – positioning Blue Prism as part of their Digital Strategy
  • Providing clear thought leadership to the Sales Organization within the region in respect of industry input
  • Supporting the sales and sales operations lines of business
  • Region-wide geographical remit
