Our Ideal Candidate


  • Meet and exceed targets to provide the Americas Sales Teams with qualified meetings per month, with key decision makers
  • Proactively make outbound calls into target accounts and follow up on inbound leads. You must assess the prospects needs and qualify the prospect, then schedule appropriate meetings
  • Use internal tools and infrastructure to monitor and report on results and trends. Use a consistent contact attempt process to follow-up, nurture and qualify prospects
  • Work closely with your line manager and field reps to develop strategic relationships and proactive strategies to penetrate the target accounts
  • Manage a lead prospecting pipeline and maintain accurate information within Salesforce.com
  • Keep up with industry trends and best practices, including utilization of new technology and web resources

Personal Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or business development function
  • Comfortable sending cold emails and conducting cold calls with prospective buyers
  • A creative mind – able to think out-of-the-box and create effective, targeted outreach for each individual prospect
  • Comfortable with account mapping and patient enough to do extensive research before picking up the phone. Able to find multiple reasons to ring an individual, making it difficult for the prospect to say no
  • Must have a good all-around knowledge of how companies operate in order to spot opportunity for automation, maybe even before the company has spotted it themselves
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable monthly lead development/sales goals
  • Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts – outstanding communication skills are a must
  • Strong planning skills and proficiency in software productivity tools
  • Positive and energetic, with great listening skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work from home, within a highly autonomous sales environment
  • Languages – must have fluent English. Spanish and Portuguese can be an asset as well
