Our Ideal Candidate

The role available:

As a Business Development Representative, your role is to lead generation and opportunity creation for the EMEA Sales Team. You will be expected to meet and exceed targets to provide the EMEA Sales Teams with qualified meetings per month, with key decision makers. You will proactively make outbound calls into target accounts and follow up on inbound leads. You must assess the prospects needs and qualify the prospect to then schedule appropriate meetings.

You will use internal tools and infrastructure to monitor and report on results and trends as well as using a consistent contact attempt process to follow-up, nurture and qualify prospects. You will work closely with your line manager and field reps to develop proactive strategies to penetrate the target accounts. As well as managing a lead prospecting pipeline and maintain accurate information on the CRM.

What we look for in our Business Development Representatives:

We are looking for someone who is extremely self-motivated, hard working and is results orientated, proactive and reliable. You should be comfortable with account mapping and running extensive research on targets prior to building relationships. Therefore, having a multitude of reasons to ring an individual, making it difficult for the prospect to say no. You should also have the ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts – outstanding communication skills are a must.

We are looking for a candidate with a creative mind, with the ability to think out of the box and create custom outreach for each individual prospect. You will have strong planning skills and proficiency in software productivity tools, as well as being comfortable at recording video pitches to send to prospects.

Being fluent in French is a must.
