The role available:
We are looking for an outgoing, confident and motivated candidate to cover 7-9 months worth of sick leave as a Community Associate. Our online Community is a world class platform for our customers and partners to interact on. Including blue prism content, customer wins and a place where our customers can learn more about our product. The Community Associate will ensure that the Community has the best and latest blue prism content, and that all members have access. As well as interacting with customers, dealing with their queries and questions, or engaging with other stakeholders within the business to deal with them in the best way possible to gain our communities trust. Internal awareness within Blue Prism will also be a key responsibility of yours, to help our organisation understand how the Community can benefit our customers, partners, prospects, developers, students, etc. You will also drive members to the appropriate groups for ongoing discussions, connect members to each other, and serve as the point of contact to the Blue Prism Community product team and generally ensure the community is getting the support it needs in solving their intelligent automation challenges.

You will also be expected to engage with our users online and provide them with exciting content. In order to keep community content new and interesting you will need to develop good inter-relationships and stay aware of external posts in order to keep our community up to date and interesting. These relationships will also be important and necessary in order to help our customers at every point.
We are also looking for someone who enjoys planning and running events which will boost awareness of Blue Prism and our community as the role will also include managing community events. You will be expected to take control of the planning for these events to ensure we deliver consistent, highly valuable and informative events which impact our customers in order to build more trust and excite them.
