Your Opportunity:

With a successful track record of driving business in the first few start up years in the UK, Blue Prism has developed a strong foothold and reputation in the market, extending globally. Now, developing revenues and geographic coverage through carefully selected Alliance and Channel partners supported by an end user sales team for tier 1 accounts, they are building out our teams in EMEA, North America and APAC.

As a critical member to the growing GSI Sales team, you will drive new relationships across the region between Blue Prism and Ernst & Young.

  • Experience in selling with Partners to line of business stakeholders and executives
  • General understanding of software solution sales cycle and a proven track record of successful solution selling
  • Track-record of MBO, Quota and Sales attainment
  • Able to develop long-term relationships including leveraging existing partner level contacts
  • Mixture of new business development, and account management (internally and externally)
  • Excellent and intuitive communicator both written and verbally
  • Inquisitive and persistent with the ability to find new opportunities
  • Ability to recruit, leverage and manage a ‘virtual’ team to support your FY goals and the partners
  • Ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving, and challenging environment
  • Credible at executive and operational level

  • Worked in a Partner/Alliances/GSI role for a minimum of 7 years
  • Cloud Partner knowledge
  • Software industry knowledge focused around software sales and embedding of solutions
  • Driving partner strategy, revenue, enablement, and execution
  • A self-motivated doer, results orientated, entrepreneurial spirit to drive your partner business, proactive, detail-oriented, problem solver and reliable
  • High energy and shows passion and commitment for working with a global partner and a global company

Your Experience:

Your Responsibilities:

  • Primary relationship manager for Ernst and Young in the Americas
  • Development, execution and formulation of the Partner business plan including joint development or embedded solutions
  • Work closely with your partner and internal direct sales to build pipeline and drive account mapping with Partners
  • Ultimately leading to license, support, and services revenue
  • Develop and maintain Partner contacts (at all levels) for both sales, management, enablement, procurement and delivery
  • Drive and help management the Partner evolution (onboarding, Professional Services engagement, certification management, on-going enablement, Engage Partner management, vertical and specific account mapping and pipeline building)
  • Work with Marketing to drive the maximum ROI from any partner marketing investment, webinars, press releases, into demand generation campaigns and vertical market plans
  • Work closely with the Partner to help in the identification, development, forecasting and management of opportunities to achieve the partner's and Blue Prime’s revenue goals
  • Conduct sales presentations to and in conjunction with Partners to our mutual clients until they achieve self-sufficiency
  • Proactively drive awareness of the Blue Prism strategy and proposition at all levels across the Partner
  • Assist in the onboarding and incubation of new Partners (if requested by management)
  • Transition relationships to appropriate sales and support team members as appropriate
  • Engage with cross functional teams within Blue Prism
