The Blue Prism University team plays a pivotal role in building the future of Blue Prism by providing training, certification, Academia and Authorized Training Partner programs as well as the Learning Community to build and contribute significantly to the success of our products by educating and aligning to our customers’ and partners’ needs.

Playing a key part in assisting our learners, within the Education Services team you will apply your operational expertise, help maintaining and updating our online estate of trainings and certifications and related documentation, support our Instructional Design team as well as support ES management by project managing areas like Authorized Training Partners and the Academia program.

As an Education Services (ES) Operations Specialist, you will have industry and cross-functional know-how. In this role, while you will help develop operational best practice documentation for ES Operations and the wider ES team to adhere to, you will also provide expertise and guidance to junior and senior team members.

Your Responsibilities

  • Proactively onboard new learners and monitor their activities as well as guide consumption of training and certification to drive effective adoption, renewal and expansion.
  • Able to translate operational issues and opportunities in business terms and value propositions that ensure collective support for driving long-term operational improvements.
  • Be the voice of the learner by providing critical feedback to help improve the overall experience with our company.
  • Support the ongoing success of Blue Prism University, by delivering and taking responsibility for high-quality ES Operations tasks.
  • Support management to complete overflow work.
  • Support Academia team as well as internal and external learners in their queries received via our ticketing system by adhering to a defined SLA.
  • Identify ways of decreasing the volume of tickets received.
  • Update and maintain Blue Prism University information on internal and external facing platforms like Portal, Partner Connect, Communities, Yammer.
  • Work cross-functionally with partners in Sales, Finance, Marketing, IT, and HR to support ES business initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of different learner needs and communication styles.
  • Report creation & analyzation of data for management.
  • Identify processes to be automated.
  • Take responsibility for assigned projects, example: Creating and delivering new or review and update existing engaging, informative and effective ES Operations procedures and process documentation as well as learner self-help documentation: FAQs, exam documentation, Communities and other.
  • Willingness and appetite to improve soft & hard skills, maintain and further knowledge for technical training.
  • Coordinate training logistics for virtual ILT classes by securing training date and instructors, registering participants.
  • Project management in areas like translation services, certification exams, Authorized Training Partners, Academia Program, Authorized Test Centres and other.
  • Assist with improving KPIs around Education Services.
  • Research and identify specified best practices - including which tools, methods and processes should be used by the individual and wider ES team.
  • Supervise high-performing ES Operations team by upskilling and mentoring self and others.

Your Experience:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of relevant professional experience in a similar role within Education Services Operations is essential
  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background desired
  • Experience of working with partners, customers, vendors
  • Advanced experience in Office 365
  • LMS experience
  • Awareness of metrics, report building and data analyzing
  • Excellent verbal and written English language proficiency skills
  • Other language/s a bonus
  • Minimum travel required to attend internal meetings
