Your Opportunity

We are looking to add a Sales Enablement Delivery Manager to the team. You will be conducting skills gap analyses, preparing, and delivering learning material, and evaluating the impact of enablement interventions. You will also own the global sales onboarding program to ensure quick time-to-value for new hires in the sales organization.


  • Producing enablement content for onboarding sessions.
  • Accelerate the development of sales skills of early-in-career professionals.
  • Delivering classroom and online live enablement sessions that increase productivity for sellers.
  • Producing online content for self-paced sales learning.
  • Teaching best practice sales process and methodology.
  • Work closely with the EMEA sales team to identify challenges they face on-the-job and recommend ways to increase productivity
  • Supporting the Global Sales Enablement team with the execution of EMEA sales enablement priorities.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Strong technology sales understanding: 5+ years in a sales environment at an enterprise technology company
  • Significant experience within sales or sales training with experience in designing and delivering successful sales programs.
  • An advocate for Blue Prism’s value selling approach.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence across multiple functions and different seniority levels (cross-function collaboration and stakeholder management).
