Blue Prism is seeking a confident and highly motivated Enterprise Sales representative to be a part of the Sales team. You will work closely with our partners, your peers and the wider team to increase our market share in the geographical region by maintaining and generating new accounts.

Your Experience:

  • Enterprise Target Account selling skills is a must.
  • Ability to drive to closure Enterprise-wide solutions across varying departments in complex solution sales cycle
  • Proven track record of successful solution selling with references and Total Contract Value of Wins
  • Broad industry experience – FSI, Telco, Manufacturing, SOE, BPO
  • Possess existing relationships with target account base
  • Mixture of new business and account management
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbally
  • Hunter mentality to identify and follow up with new opportunities
  • Ability to perform in an entrepreneurial startup work environment
  • Ability to “think-of-the-box” mentality
  • Ability to recruit and manage a ‘virtual’ team to support themselves and the partners
  • Ability to excel in a high pressure, fast moving and challenging environment
  • Able to drive and influence conversations relating to clients at both the executive and operational levels
  • Enterprise Software industry experience preferred
  • Driving partner strategy and execution
  • Previous experience in working with Multi-National experience will be helpful
  • Native Mandarin and business-level English mandatory
  • Willingness to travel

Your Responsibility:

  • Primary relationship owner for key strategic major accounts across Greater China markets
  • High-closure rate of target account sales accounts
  • Develop increased commitment and Robotic Automation adoption with target industry sector assigned
  • Work closely with the partner to help in the identification, development, forecasting and management of opportunities to achieve the partner’s revenue goal
  • Conduct sales presentations to and in conjunction with partners to our mutual clients until they achieve self-sufficiency
  • Proactively drive awareness of the Blue Prism strategy and proposition at all levels across the partner
  • Transition relationships to appropriate sales and support team members as appropriate
