Key Responsibilities

Manage and facilitate all non-financial aspects of the group’s annual business planning cycle:

  • Support CEO and ELT in defining template and format for group strategy document (VSG)
  • Facilitate completion and approval of group VSG and departmental VSGs for ELT
  • Drive regular cadence of reviews of group and departmental VSGs
  • Pro-actively engage with CEO/ELT to drive reporting against VSGs and goals
  • Advise and support CEO/ELT with communicating and cascading VSGs through their organisations
  • Manage (with internal comms) the communication of key business planning messages and goals to all staff through town halls, webinars and intranet.

Co-ordinate and project manage delivery of key goals from group VSG

Collaborate with FP&A team to ensure alignment of financial and non-financial planning

Compile and distribute board packs/monthly non-financial reporting

Ownership (with relevant EAs) of planning and co-ordinating annual schedule of governance meetings

Input to co-sec team for non-financial elements of annual report and other external reporting
