You will have the opportunity to work directly with HR/Payroll/Compensation/Finance functional teams to develop, create, and maintain a variety of reports that answer relevant business questions and communicate key HR metrics to stakeholders in an easy-to-understand format. Work will involve daily system maintenance of key metrics and general updates.

In this role you will also be responsible for system administration while working alongside some of the smartest people in technology.   • 3+ years' experience with investigating, evaluating, interpreting, and classification of business data. This includes the ability to collect, identify, analyze and interpret business data using various kinds of techniques to meet business needs and requirements.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in global Payroll, Benefits, or Compensation including relevant systems and reporting suites (i.e UltiPro, Peoplesoft, ADP, Workday, etc.)
  • Must be highly adaptable to a constantly changing environment, self-motivated, as well as, creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems
  • Ability to negotiate priorities between Product Owners and Technical Leadership
  • Ability to take on new ways of operating inc automation to enhance service delivery to customers/stakeholders.
  • Partner with functional team members to understand requirements and communicate system capabilities/limitations.
  • Gathers, analyzes, and documents user requirements, business processes, and problems to automate or improve new and/or existing systems
  • Analyze program policies and procedures to determine their effect on automated systems and system functional areas.
  • Will Recommend business process improvements to better prepare the company for scale and growth
  • Provide direction to technical developers for data conversion, complex reports, and interfaces, and support the testing and implementation of integrations into and out of the system.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and operational support to internal business partners
  • Seeks opportunities to drive efficiencies and standardization thereby increasing productivity of self and stakeholders/customers

Your Responsibilities:

  • Able to provide support for HR systems including identifying, researching and resolving issues and understanding the root cause.
