Your Experience

  • Demonstrable relationship building skills and the ability to work across diverse environments within a matrix organization

  • Customer and employee first mindset, resulting in a customer-centric service delivery model
  • Able to build credibility and influence leaders on a range of issues
  • Understand organizational transformation, from good to great and beyond and articulate a compelling vision for what this should look like
  • Proven track record as a Senior HR Business Partner, with at least 7+years of experience in an HRBP role, ideally with 2 years in a fast-scaling global business experiencing organizational change and managing HR Generalists or other HRBP’s
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong Communication Skills with ability to present information well, provide guidance and challenge ideas where needed
  • Enthusiastic about working with people from diverse backgrounds in a multinational setup and champions this in their day-to-day approach
  • Analytical with strong problem-solving and project management skills; a solutions-based approach to solving HR issues
  • Good judgement with strong business acumen and ability to establish a strong feedback culture with growth mindset
  • Flexible in response to employee needs; maintaining professionalism, confidentiality and composure
  • Organizational Skills: ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and multi task
  • HRIS experience (Ultipro - a bonus)
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit across teams regardless of geographical boundaries
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Creative, resourceful, action-focused thinker with excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Agile, pragmatic, and flexible in a fast-paced environment
Your Responsibilities
  • The People Partner Lead oversees People Partners that are aligned to region and/or functions. The Lead functions as both a player and a coach, is both strategic and action-oriented and serves as the primary partner and point of contact for their respective Talent Leader.
  • Proactively manage and prioritize work on the team to support business needs and HR strategies/objectives.
  • Leverage prior experience to contribute to and implement future people focused solutions on all key People disciplines to the business
  • Ensure that HR programs and plans help drive business priorities
  • Lead collaboration with HR functions and business leaders to influence the design and implementation of HR programs and initiative
  • Advise on the talent levers to enable and advance the business goals
  • Translate organization strategy to people strategy
  • Drive HR strategies and solutions that deliver business results and align sub-functions of the business.
  • Use our data to recommend actions on business and people strategies.
  • Champion and drive cultural efforts, change initiatives
  • Promote diversity, inclusion and belonging.
  • Closely partner with key business stakeholders and key HR stakeholders to deliver and support the business for success;
  • Build trusted relationships to influence and coach the business through pragmatic, solution- based advice;
  • Uphold your role as a key People team player - to collaborate, contribute and support your regional colleagues

  • Guide and coach managers on how to appropriately manage and resolve complex HR issues including, but not limited to, performance management, conflict management, coaching, development, employee relations, compensation, internal mobility, staff retention, talent acquisition, workforce planning, headcount and position management, talent and team development and compliance, working closely with regional and global HR team members as needed.
  • Attend business leader staff meetings – maintains a pulse on business needs and communicates People programs/initiatives ensuring flawless execution.
  • Uses data (qualitative and quantitative) to identify trends that help to inform People strategies and proactive solutions.
  • Informs the VP of People and Function Leaders as appropriate on critical or sensitive business or team/people concerns.
