The Head of Account Based Marketing (ABM) will be responsible for developing an APAC ABM strategy leveraging existing programs and building new programs that target existing strategic customers and new prospect accounts .This role requires an enthusiastic individual with strong communication and organisational skills working with the field teams in building integrated, multi channel, multi touch programs that are targeted and broad based to influence the buying cycle.

This is a new position and a key hire for the business.

Our Ideal Candidate

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build and own regional account-based and digital marketing plan targeting C-Level working closely with regional field and partner marketing team to implement plan
  • Working together with sales function to define FY20 account segment and audience for Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy based on account classification, pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Leverage digital marketing strategy to support ABM enabling reach across entire buying cycle increasing influencers and supporters within the account.
  • Increase awareness and progress within target prospects and drive further engagement with strategic customers through a sound content and engagement strategy for all stages of the customer journey
  • Development of scalable and efficient programs and processes that allow effective prioritization of stakeholder requests
  • Seamless flow of leads from multi-channel campaigns into marketing automation systems and ensuring leads are routed to business development teams and/or sales teams directly to maximize and track pipeline generation, conversion and close
  • Fully optimized strategy derived from evaluation of target audiences, demand generation engine performance, tested hypotheses, and analysis of conversion rates
  • Work closing with different marketing teams – communications, web, digital, operations, campaign, analytics, corporate marketing, customer experience - in US and UK as well as APAC field and partner marketing team
  • Develop best practices to share with the rest of the Marketing and Sales organisations

Your Experience:

  • 10+ years’ of experience as a marketing manager, including at least 5 years of managing ABM and/or digital strategy/programs
  • Experience having pipeline responsibility and accountability from Sales and Customer Success stakeholders
  • Experience driving and building strategy, developing multi channel and multi-touch programs based on account intelligence, mapping activity to personas and the customer journey, and driving clear enablement of cross-functional teams, at scale
  • Experience driving increased demand and full funnel conversions to support pipeline generation and top line revenue targets
  • Strong project, communication, and time management skills with the ability to effectively manage numerous projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Must be detail-oriented, metrics driven and be a very strong analytical thinker
  • Ability to use CRM, data visualization, and marketing automation systems
