We are looking for a Head of Sales Operations to lead in APAC. You will direct and manage all aspects of the regional APAC Sales Operations function and be the key enabler of deal formation and execution with a focus on minimizing sales cycle time while optimizing revenue, profitability and/or market share. You will also seek to continuously enhance processes to establish consistent sales cadence and tempo aligned to business growth goals.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant Sales Operations experience in a prominent enterprise software company with progressive track record
  • Will have run Sales Operations for a company going through high growth and transformation as change is a constant in a growing company
  • Strong experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC) including CPQ, Excel and other sales related systems
  • Creative thinker, happy to challenge the status quo and drive process and system improvements
  • Will have wide-ranging experience of the analytical side of sales operations, including forecasting, sales metrics and financial planning
  • Offer expertise and assistance in the construction of quotes and order forms, help with drafting special terms and commercial terms
  • Responsible for building out, staffing and managing the APAC Sales Operations team to deliver in-region support
  • Proven ability to comprehend and interpret complex licensing issues with specific experience of software license agreements
  • Ability to take lead and initiative in driving operational procedures and processes while maintaining global integrity and consistency
  • Ability to communicate and provide support to the field and sales management on all best practices of constructing and submitting quotes
  • An ability to balance being detail-oriented as well as seeing the big picture
  • Able to work extended schedules during the month and quarter end cycles
  • Highly responsive and thrive in a fast-pace environment
  • Ability to work on many deals simultaneously, handling multiple stakeholders in a firm but calm manner
  • Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in business, economics or finance


Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the APAC GM and Regional Sales Leaders for the Regions to achieve maximum potential across sales and related supporting roles
  • Responsible for managing the Regions forecast and pipeline in SFDC to ensure coverage and hygiene factors are met
  • Responsible for the Regions booking of sales orders in an accurate and timely manner in SFDC and Netsuite
  • Key member of the Global Sales Operations team driving operational alignment across key functions of the business.
  • Provide guidance to APAC sales team on deal structuring in a way that maximizes Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and profitability whilst operating at the same cadence and urgency as the field
  • Responsible for regional support across APAC to operate within the Delegation of Authority (DOA) limit and exception handling process
  • Drive continuous activity and action plans around sales improvement geared to optimizing revenue and EBITDA outcomes
  • Analyze trends by region, country, team, enterprise, mid-market, partners, vertical and persona
  • Build reports and dashboards to assist regional management while ensuring global reporting and analytics integrity
  • Ensure end-to-end operational support for the regional business, providing Legal, Accounting and Product support and coordination when needed
