We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Business Partner to support the Product and Corporate Functions (Finance, Legal, IT) across EMEA. As a flexible and self-starting HR professional, the successful candidate will have exceptional people and communication skills and a strong disposition to challenge and guide whilst at the same time winning hearts and minds.

As a member of the EMEA HR Team, you will coordinate day to day operations for your business area around Talent Acquisition, Career Planning, Performance Management, Reward and Talent Development in close alignment with our HR Centre of Excellence functions. With a natural attention to detail and desire for continuous improvement of policies and process, you will be excited taking on projects and initiatives both regionally and globally. Your role will work in a matrix structure both regionally and globally as part of the global HR Business Partner community.

You will become an expert on your business area and collaborate with managers and the rest of the EMEA and Global HR teams to develop an insightful people strategy. You will communicate, champion and execute HR initiatives that drive the organisation’s culture, operational effectiveness and growth goals.

Your Experience

  • Proven track record as a HR Business Partner, with at least 5 years of experience in a HRBP role, ideally with 2 years in a fast scaling global business
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • CIPD Level 7 qualification preferred
  • You will have a strong appreciation of the diverse personalities in the Product / R&D arena, understanding their ‘DNA’
  • Strong Communication Skills with ability to present information, provide guidance and challenge ideas
  • Enthusiastic about working with people from diverse backgrounds in a multinational setup and champions this in their day to day approach
  • Demonstrable understanding of global and matrixed ways of working
  • Analytical with strong problem-solving and project management skills; a solutions-based approach to solving HR issues
  • Good judgement with strong business acumen and ability to establish a strong feedback culture with growth mindset ethos
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and ideally with pan-EMEA experience
  • Understanding of the HR Centre of Excellence model and how to leverage this
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in an agile, rapidly changing environment with experience of transformational processes
  • Flexible in response to employee needs; maintains professionalism, confidentiality and composure under pressure with the ability to keep moving ahead
  • Organisational Skills: ability to effectively organise, prioritise, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools such as Teams, Slack etc.
  • HRIS experience with UltiPro (Workday HRIS an advantage)
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit across teams regardless of geographical boundaries

  • Closely partner with key business stakeholders and key HR stakeholders to deliver and support the business for success;
  • Build trusted relationships to influence and coach the business through pragmatic, solution- based advice;
  • Uphold your role as a key HR team player - to collaborate, contribute and support your global colleagues
  • Responsibility to understand the vision, strategy and goals and how these play into your everyday role
