  • Leverage prior experience to contribute to and implement future people focused solutions on all key HR disciplines to the business
  • Ensure that HR programs and plans help drive business priorities
  • Lead collaboration with HR functions and business leaders to influence the design and implementation of HR programs and initiative
  • Jointly accountable with execs for organizational performance
  • Advise on the talent levers to enable and advance the business goals
  • Translate organization strategy to people strategy
  • Drive HR strategies and solutions that deliver business results at the enterprise level and align sub-functions of the business.

About You

  • Demonstrable relationship building skills and the ability to work across diverse environments within a matrix organization
  • Strong attention to detail, process and structure that supports and accelerates business outcomes
  • Indirect leadership through influence and collaboration with the team
  • Customer and employee first mindset, resulting in a customer-centric service delivery model
  • Able to build credibility and influence leaders on a range of issues
  • Understand organizational transformation, from good to great and beyond and articulate a compelling vision for what this should look like
  • Proven track record as a HR Business Partner, with at least 10+years of experience in a HRBP/ HR Manager role, ideally with 2 years in a fast-scaling global business
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong Communication Skills with ability to present information well, provide guidance and challenge ideas where needed
  • Enthusiastic about working with people from diverse backgrounds in a multinational setup and champions this in their day-to-day approach
  • Demonstrable understanding of global and matrixed ways of working
  • Analytical with strong problem-solving and project management skills; a solutions-based approach to solving HR issues
  • Good judgement with strong business acumen and ability to establish a strong feedback culture with growth mindset
  • Flexible in response to employee needs; maintaining professionalism, confidentiality and composure
  • Organizational Skills: ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and multi task
  • HRIS experience (Ultipro - a bonus)
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit across teams regardless of geographical boundaries
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Creative, resourceful, action-focused thinker with excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Agile, pragmatic, and flexible in a fast-paced environment
