Our Ideal Candidate

To provide administrative support to the HR Team and wider business, ensuring effective customer service, utilizing the company HRIS system and administering transactions, including the accurate maintenance of electronic personnel files all administrative support covering the whole employee lifecycle.

Working with a variety of software including the HRIS system, UltiPro you will be responsible for creating documentation, administering systems, maintaining the EMEA HR inbox and responding to queries, supporting the effective onboarding of new starters, helping to provide an excellent employee experience. You will also be required to create and manipulate reports and help create user guides and process flows.

Experience

  • Experience within administration.
  • Demonstrable experience using Microsoft Office applications, including good Microsoft excel skills which include, v look ups and understand / use mail merge facility in Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to amend or create process flows in Visio or using other software.
