Blue Prism are seeking a flexible, self-starting HR professional to support our business growth in the Americas. The successful candidate will have exceptional people and communication skills. This position is responsible for developing, planning and delivering people programs and services, helping to lead change management initiatives and overseeing people management related issues in the areas of talent acquisition, career planning, performance management, compensation and learning and development. You will become an expert on your teams’ business and collaborate with managers and the rest of the Americas HR team to develop an insightful people strategy, effective recruiting, learning and development. You will communicate, champion and execute HR initiatives that drive the organization’s culture, operational effectiveness and growth goals.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a progressive Americas People Plan, aligned to our company strategy
  • Leverage prior experience to implement future-focused people solutions on learning and development, rewards, benefits, employee engagement, performance management, and talent planning to develop and evolve process with best practice
  • Develops, recommends and implements people policies and procedures within multi-state contexts
  • Facilitates Americas expansion through pragmatic solution-based advice, enabling business success

Your Experience:

  • Proven track record as an HRBP with at least 5 years’ experience, ideally with 2 years in a fast scaling global business
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • HR/SPHR/GPHR certification preferred
  • Good judgment, strong business acumen, creative problem solving, effective influencing and leadership skills
  • Strong ability to tailor communication style to work well with stakeholders at all levels in the organization; effective at influencing, facilitating, and problem solving
  • Proven success in helping an organization scale rapidly
  • The ability to coach, develop and establish a strong feedback culture with growth mindset ethos
  • A strong background in using data to inform strategy and drive decisions
  • Team player mentality, collaborative spirit across business teams regardless of geographical boundaries
  • Hands-on individual, solutions-based approach to solving HR issues
  • Strong experience with multi-state organizations including California
  • Experience working across the various HR disciplines including learning and development and talent management
  • Experience with Ultimate Software
  • Excellent MS Office Skills
  • Ability to travel to offices across the US and Canada
