Key responsibilities
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory.
- Identify and report on new business opportunities in target markets. Manage and develop the sales pipeline. Manage sales forecasting.
- Must have the ability to grow and develop accounts, once they have won them.
- Maximise the sales of Blue Prisms products and transformational solutions.
- Working closely with the Channel / Partner base to ensure effective customer success (100% of services delivery is through the channel).
- Working as part of a highly driven enterprise sales team, you will have responsibility for helping to shape the solution, proposition, vision and go-to-market strategy for Blue Prism.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting Client and Partner sales relationships.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through presentations and manage complex sales opportunities whilst sales cycles with many stakeholders.
- Represent Blue Prism at various conferences, trade fairs, and networking events.
Skills Requirement
- Proven and consistent track record of selling high value software solutions into the Enterprise marketplace.
- Exceptional new business sales skills.
- High level of commercial awareness and an ability to work closely with partners.
- Proven ability to apply sales solutions disciplines to shape the overall partner proposition. (This proposition is typically wrapped around the Blue Prism product but uniquely complemented by the partner’s own blend of services and technologies.)
- Credible at executive and operational level.
- Specific vertical market knowledge – TMT, Pharms & Utilities, Financial Services, Manufacturing & Retail, Public Sector Government.
- Ability to develop long-term C level relationships.
- Excellent communicator - both written and verbally.
- Inquisitive and tenacious in a complex competitive scenario.
- Ability to operate and work with a team to support yourself and the partners.
- Ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving and challenging environment.
- Self-motivated, results orientated, proactive and reliable.
