We're looking for a motivated, driven Partner Marketing Manager who will be responsible for building and managing the Americas region Partner Marketing Plan for Blue Prism’s Resellers and select strategic Integrators across the Americas.

About the Role

Partners play a key role in the Blue Prism ecosystem and, in this role, you will develop the regional plan to market to, with, and through channel partners. The measurable results of your efforts to elevate Blue Prism’s reputation as the global leader in enterprise robotic process automation (RPA) and intelligent automation, build and deepen relationships with partners, and develop leads and pipeline for the business will be major contributing factors to the growth of the business. The Americas region is a significant market and requires a dynamic partner marketing professional to manage and execute upon an agreed Go-to-Market strategy working with regional partners. The position reports to the Sr Director of Americas Marketing.

To be successful in this role you must possess strong marketing and communication skills, as well as a technical understanding of enterprise software, enterprise IT environments, and rapidly evolving digital transformation landscape. These skills will fuel your ability to be a key evangelist and storyteller, demonstrating the value that a joint partner relationship with Blue Prism provides. Moving and thinking rapidly with an attention to detail and a sharp eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial.

Key Objectives

  • Marketing plan development – Build and manage the Americas region Partner Marketing Plan for Blue Prism’s Resellers and select strategic Integrators across the Americas (United States, Canada, and Latin America).
  • Demand generation programs – Develop partner marketing programs to generate interest, leads, and pipeline in support of the business. You will be both strategically and tactically involved in developing and implementing regional and sub-regional campaigns and events with Resellers and strategic integrator partners.
  • Marketing engagement –Drive partner engagement and agreement to promote relevant Blue Prism messages in integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns that secure growth and promote adoption of Intelligent Automation.
  • Build a portfolio of plans to, with, and through partners aligned with Blue Prisms key themes and supporting the company’s strategic initiatives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Build and execute marketing campaigns with key partners to generate qualified leads and opportunity pipeline. Effectively measure and report by contribution to the Americas and/or sub regions.
  • Manage partner marketing plan(s) of the key Americas partners across the region. The plan should leverage an integrated, multi-channel approach and include a full range of marketing and promotion channels/tools including the development of digital and advertising, live and virtual events, video, social media, references, strategically employed to reach key audiences.
  • Focus on Marketing TO and Marketing WITH/THRU campaigns and initiatives to drive maximum account penetration and market influence across all partners.
  • Collaboration with marketing and sales resources to amplify the reach and value of all programming.
  • Management and approval of Market Development Funds (MDF) usage based on business alignment and measurable goals.
  • The skills to build productive personal relationships with Blue Prism and partner teams to enhance the culture, build the spirit of community across teams and promote and enhance joint marketing efforts.
  • Support the iterative improvement of programming, process and messaging to and with Blue Prism partners
  • Support global programs for Blue Prism Resellers and Technology Alliances Partners in alignment with company business priorities.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 8+ years professional experience in B2B marketing with a demonstrable track record in demand generation, channel and/or field marketing, campaign execution, digital, social and account-based marketing
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven, demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, and build and maintain successful relationships internally and externally
  • Industrious enough to manage through ambiguity when it arises
  • Highly motivated, self-starter who thrives under tight deadlines; quick learner with a "roll up your sleeves" approach
  • Proven history of creating and executing effective marketing campaigns and programs and working directly with a sales team
  • Experience marketing to a variety of cohorts and audiences including those supporting vertical industries, lines of business, and executives
  • Excellent communication, time management, and project prioritization skills
  • Data driven – able to analyze results and leverage insights to inform strategy and planning
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint); CRM tools such as Salesforce.com; Marketing Automation tools (Marketo) and project management tools (Asana) highly desirable
  • Metrics focused and detail oriented and excel in a fast-paced environment
