Our Ideal Candidate

Your Experience:

  • You have a successful channel sales track record and performance to a quota of $3M-$10M in enterprise software sales with a strong background in new business sales.
  • You have the aptitude to sell at the c-level, managing complex transformational deals
  • You have a superb relationship building skills are a must – a range of influencers are involved in successful RPA sales – within the target accounts themselves, influencing and driving Client Account Leaders is critical, and of course internal Blue Prism resources needed to support client activities
  • You have a background in a consultative sales environment with an excellent understanding of complex solution sales cycles and proven experience in successful solution selling with partners
  • You have experience and ability to sell to the business, as well as to IT influencers
  • You are inquisitive and tenacious with in finding new opportunities and extend the value of accounts
  • You are credible at both executive and operational levels, with the ability to develop long-term relationships
  • You understand the makeup of the Partner and their potential prospects and identify the key decision-makers to build pipeline
  • You must have proven and successful sales experience at managing resources and complex, multi-dimensional sales efforts, both at the customer level and corporate environment.
  • You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbally

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will sell with and engage closely with Accenture and Avanade sales, delivery and executive teams, to develop new business and drive partner sales.
  • You will drive the Partner in selling into large enterprises, BPOs and Shared Services operations, to manage complex sales campaigns from introduction to closure
  • You will work alongside the senior relationship holders at the partner in joint selling campaigns
  • You will work with existing sales process and collateral and help develop the materials to suit specific and local markets to enable partner success
  • You will close new business with and through the partners from their end user clients and net new prospects
  • You will drive effective joint selling campaigns
  • You will work with the technical team to provide sales feedback and help identify areas for partner improvement
  • You have the ability to travel across the Americas up to 50% of the time
