Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a Process Analyst who will specialise in analysing business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automated.

What you will do:

  • Create process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance for the Product organisation.
  • Collect and document business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts.
  • Facilitate process workflow modelling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases.
  • Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed upon service levels.
  • Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns.
  • Bring inconsistencies/problems to the attention of management and participate in the resolution of the problem.
  • Track Product Lifecycle processes and ensure adherence of the process and escalation requirements.
  • Discover automatable processes for the team, working with developers to design and develop a viable solution and presenting them to the department leads.
  • Design Blue Prism process solutions in accordance with standard Blue Prism design principles and conventions.
  • Create and maintain solution documentation.
  • Manage user permissions and administration for all tools used by the Product organization.
  • Problem solve issues that arise in day-to-day running of the Product organization and providing timely responses and solutions as required.

What we are looking for:

  • A confident individual who is comfortable starting from a blank sheet of paper to solve complex problems for the business by pushing the boundaries of the possible.
  • A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either individually or as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
  • Degree qualified; in a relevant subject (or alternatively a demonstrable interest in the subject area) – with special preference for STEM and/or business-related degrees.
  • Core Skills: critical thinker, creative problem solver, analytical and data driven.
  • Solid end user computing skills, e.g. intermediate spreadsheet user or similar
  • Any deeper technological experience such as coding or databases is advantageous but not essential; knowledge and experience of scripting languages (e.g. JS, Python, PHP, Ruby, MS PowerShell) is a plus.
  • Knowledg and/ or experience of the RPA market and working with Blue Prism is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
