Our Ideal Candidate

The role available:

The Blue Prism Process Controller is a key role that supports and administers the day to day running of Blue Prism processes in the live environment. This role is critical to the success of our automation programme, ensuring our digital workforce maintains high performance and productivity.

You will schedule and run Blue Prism processes, ensure the stability of the Blue Prism IT environment, investigate any issues in live processes, create and maintain our process monitoring dashboards, and raise change requests or support calls where required.

What makes this role exciting is ongoing training and development within the Blue Prism RPA tool as well as working for a Global team tasked with making a difference within our fast growing organization

What we look for in Process Controller candidates:

Someone with an understanding of what a business process looks like, along with an ability to understand and analyse data. More importantly is an enquiring mind and someone who can adapt to evolving needs.

You will be expected to have computer literacy knowledge, such as experience with windows event logs, installing applications and cloud computing. The ability to provide clear and direct information to the team where issues and queries arise.
