The role

Blue Prism is seeking a flexible, self-starting HR Recruitment Coordinator to support business growth in North America. The successful candidate will have exceptional people and communication skills, a strong coordinator background and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate the hiring process, take on projects and initiatives internationally, as well as the day to day running of policy and process. Your role will be in support of the Recruiting Manager, helping to implement change in a fast-paced growing business.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Design and execute candidate recruiting plans, partnering closely with external recruiters, candidates and hiring managers
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, organizing candidate travel arrangements and securing meeting space
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity and proactively share data-centric updates with stakeholders
  • Manage candidate and external recruiter communication, ensuring the candidate experience represents the brand
  • Provide administrative duties that support the recruitment process and the HR team
  • Facilitate North American expansion by assisting with project goals and outcomes, timelines and deliverables
  • Update information in the HRIS while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality

A bit about yourself:

  • Proven track record as a Recruiting Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred
  • Good judgment, strong business acumen, creative problem solving, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional customer service expertise and the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate at all levels
  • Team player mentality, collaborative spirit across teams regardless of geographical boundaries
  • Hands-on individual, solutions based approach to solving HR issues
  • Strong experience in scheduling and coordinating
  • Excellent MS Office Skills
  • Ability to travel to remote offices across the US
