Blue Prism is looking for a business focused, commercially strong Recruitment Leader.

In this role you will be required to own and manage all recruitment activities across the United States.

You will be the key business partner to the Business Leaders with responsibility for setting the Talent Acquisition strategy for all levels of positions, driving Employer Branding initiatives, Diversity & Inclusion and Reporting.

Success will be achieved through leading a team, partnering with the business to drive and deliver recruiting strategies that will enable Blue Prism to continue to scale, meet our hiring needs buy building a diverse and engaged Workforce.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of a full end to end recruitment process and talent acquisition strategy for all levels of positions from needs assessment, through to planning and execution, sourcing (job ads/assessment/selection/contract negotiation/offer issue)
  • Embed Center of Excellence strategy for the Blue Prism in respective region/territories with best practice end to end process that is slick but simple and takes the pain away from the business
  • Build strong internal relationships with the Business Leaders, HR, Finance.
  • Partner with the Recruitment Leadership Team in continuous recruitment process improvements (Back to basics and continually develop/enhance new/existing methodologies)
  • Drive recruitment campaigns to deliver a compelling and exceptional internal customer and candidate experience across Blue Prism
  • Drive the delivery of high quality talent in a cost effective and timely manner
  • Proactively build internal and external talent pool and pipeline utilizing next generation search strategies
  • Demonstrate deep business and commercial insight and the ability to translate into a future oriented outlook on talent acquisition thinking and planning
  • Ensure adherence to advanced metrics, systems & tools
  • Advise HR and key business stakeholders on all recruitment related issues/matters.
  • Hire, lead and develop a talented regional recruitment team.
  • Be a member of a center of expertise for Talent which defines both the message to the market and also next generation of thinking around talent strategies which enable us to understand where to find, approach and onboard the best.
  • Promote opportunities Develop sourcing strategies, adhere to SLA agreements and apply direct sourcing methodologies (headhunting, networking, social media)
  • Create a resourcing strategy for the Americas that delivers against the business priorities
  • Building and implementing a world class end to end resourcing process across Americas and engaging, aligning and enabling all leaders to consistently adhere to that process
  • Gain momentum quickly and build a pipeline across all functions to support aggressive growth targets


Your Experience:

  • Thorough understanding of all recruitment disciplines
  • Proven track record of aggressively driving incremental headcount
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in defining comprehensive Resourcing Strategies and Plans across Recruitment disciplines
  • International outlook of sourcing models
  • Extensive cross-geography recruitment experience with particular experience in the respective territories
  • Local knowledge and network in position-related areas - keeping up with current developments and trends in areas of expertise
  • Drive for execution – ability to execute and deliver against business goals consistently and to an excellent standard
  • Change agility – An individual who champions change and leads by example through business change initiatives whilst continuing to successfully execute objectives
  • Effective in the matrix – Strong relationship building skills both internally and externally and able to navigate and effectively manage his/her business successfully in a complex matrixed organization across borders, understanding and respecting cultural diversity and operating successfully within that framework
  • Excellent communications and highly developed interpersonal skills with strong ability to work collaboratively across the organization and obtain positive visibility and credibility quickly – a strong team player who contributes to overall success of one Blue Prism
  • Ability to Interview, assess competencies and cultural compatibility to Blue Prism requirements using competency-based interviewing and other assessment tools whilst establishing professional partnerships with the candidates. Effective understanding and partnering in the role profile discussion paying attention to design and effectiveness.
