Your Opportunity

The Sales Enablement Specialist, Technology & Systems will be the primary driver of the technology that enables and delivers on Blue Prism’s sales enablement strategy, focusing increasingly on virtual/online delivery channels.


  • Design and produce enablement sessions that increase productivity
  • Collaborate with the regional enablement leads to maximise efficiency of programme development and in-region execution
  • Contribute to building role-based learning paths, tools and interactive programs as part of the global sales enablement team (consistency across the globe important)
  • Become viewed as the “go to” person for thought leadership on technology optimisation
  • Owning management and future strategy of the Showpad sales enablement platform.
  • Reporting – working cross-functionally, contribute to the design of a standard company data model that enables detailed reporting on learners’ engagement with enablement programs, and their effect on sales performance
  • Producing virtual enablement events, including quarterly sales kick-offs
  • Establishing and managing a set of best-in-class enablement tools and metrics for ongoing management and measurement

Our Ideal Candidate

  • A creative thinker who can apply software and other technologies to solve sales enablement challenges for our internal sales force, as well as the reach of enablement to our partner ecosystem
  • Demonstrable experience in leveraging technology to achieve a business outcome
  • Have a willingness to learn about effective sales enablement, including facilitating large groups of adult learners
  • A proven track record of enabling business through the smart use of technology – could be in team collaboration, remote teamwork, sales enablement, or line of business effectiveness
  • Strong interpersonal skills; enjoys inspiring teams and excels at building relationships and teamwork
  • Ability to influence both business leaders as well as sales executive leaders and teams in ensuring enablement is consumed through innovative delivery models and experiences
  • Excellent communications skills including, presenting, editing, and writing as well as accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to vet and leverage best of breed sales enablement platforms, especially given the virtual learning requirements going forward
  • High levels of integrity & professionalism
  • Advanced knowledge of and experience with Microsoft 365 Suite. Knowledge of Showpad a bonus.
