Blue Prism is looking to expand the APAC HR team in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

Learning & Development:

  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs
  • Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
  • Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
  • Facilitates APAC expansion through pragmatic solution-based advice, enabling business success
  • All HR Operations function.


Business Partnering

  • HR Business Partnering support for the development, planning and delivering of people programs and services in APAC.
  • Contribute to the development of the overall HR function by sharing best practices, knowledge and contributing to APAC HR projects.
  • Ensure the effective management of the entire employee life cycle, including performance management, compensation & benefits, employment relations, career planning, local employee communications and Learning & Development.
  • Learning & Development – build and execute innovative learning strategies adapted to our evolving development needs, coach and support managers, promote a culture of personal and professional development.
  • Provide guidance on employment laws, policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and the global HR team to develop an insightful people strategy and learning and development.
  • Communicate, champion and execute HR initiatives that drive the organization’s culture, operational effectiveness and growth goals
  • Support and help deliver a progressive APAC People Plan, aligned to our company strategy.
  • Support and implement future-focused people solutions on learning and development, rewards, benefits, employee engagement, performance management, and talent planning to develop and evolve process with best practice

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Proven track record as an HRBP with at least 5 years’ experience, ideally with 2 years in a fast-scaling global business
  • Experience working across the entire Employee Life Cycle with a focus on learning and development.
  • Have a good background in L&D programs design, implementation and facilitation.
  • Knowledge of compliance and employment relations.
  • Experience with various HRIS systems including but not exclusive to UltiPro and Workday
  • Experience across the APAC region is an added advantage.
  • Proven success in helping an organization scale rapidly
  • The ability to coach, develop and establish a strong feedback culture with growth mindset ethos
  • Good judgment, strong business acumen, creative problem solving, effective influencing and leadership skills
  • Strong ability to tailor communication style to work well with stakeholders at all levels in the organization; effective at influencing, facilitating, and problem solving
  • A strong background in using data to inform strategy and drive decisions
  • Team player mentality, collaborative spirit across business teams regardless of geographical boundaries
  • Ability to establish and structure HR process and workflows, but comfortable operating without them.
  • Detailed oriented and able to work strategically and conceptually.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and fluid environment.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • HR/SPHR/GPHR certification preferred
  • Coaching certification is an added advantage
