The role available:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior HR Generalist to support our People team across EMEA. The successful candidate will have exceptional people and communication skills, a strong human resources background, and the ability to perform at their best in a fast-paced environment. As a member of the EMEA Human Resources team, you will coordinate day-to-day operations, focus on the development and administration of policies and processes and take on projects and initiatives both regionally and globally. Your role will be in support of the Head of HR & HR Business Partners in EMEA, helping to implement change whilst bringing consistency in a fast-changing organization.

What we look for in Senior HR Generalist candidates:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a positive team player who has both a knack and passion for the employee experience, and who is excited about new process creation. We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist, with a BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. You will have strong communication and problem-solving skills and should be comfortable working in an agile, rapidly changing environment. As well as in depth knowledge of UK employment law, and other key EMEA countries. In addition, experience with UltiPro and Workday HRIS is preferred.

The role will require you to stand as the first point of contact for questions and queries regarding company policies. You will also be involved in the management of the employee lifecycle and in the development of policies, internal regulations and employee handbooks. As well as ensuring confidentiality and compliance with employee data accuracy and privacy. Additionally, you will also have the opportunity to work on projects in various other HR areas.
