The Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations is a strategic, solutions-oriented role that will help oversee operational aspects of Blue Prism’s marketing automation platform and multiple system integrations to support our integrated marketing approach. We seek to remove friction from the buyer journey and deliver meaningful content to the right people at the right time in their life cycle. We are looking for a builder, someone who loves technology, and has a passion for results driven marketing.

Our Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will lean on best practices and experience in audience segmentation, lead lifecycle, attribution, data stewardship, SFDC integration and marketing automation configuration. Hands-on experience working with Marketo and managing data projects, such as a large-scale Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) migration or implementation, is ideal.

  • Minimum of 6+ years of working experience with Marketing Automation platforms (Marketo expert), CRM (SFDC), and related Marketing technology platform
  • Subject matter expert in Marketo and marketing operations best practices. Marketo Certified Expert credential preferred.
  • Experience and knowledge in segmentation, data enhancement, attribution, database health, optimization best practices
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills
  • Required knowledge of data governance best practices
  • Ability to build new processes and workflows at scale
  • Must be a self-starter who excels at multi-tasking and has the demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects while thriving in a hyper-growth environment
  • Effective time management skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders


Your Responsibilities:

  • Become a key member of the marketing operations team to ensure smooth program execution and management for the global marketing team
  • Serve as the marketing technology & integrations expert, providing architecture and technology oversight for systems that comprise our marketing technology stack
  • Facilitate management of marketing leads from multiple sources, ensuring that all leads are loaded into Marketo and flowing into SFDC in an accurate and timely manner
  • Mitigate marketing technology-related issues, partnering with cross-functional teams when necessary
  • Optimize all aspects of the lead flow process to drive frictionless throughput from leads to opportunities
  • Actively support and enforce the company’s data processes and standard
