The Greater China region continues to be a significant growth market for the business and requires a dynamic Field Marketing professional to join a growing team of Field Marketers that drive marketing across the region.

Your Experience:

  • 10 years’ experience in B2B Marketing (enterprise software preferred)
  • Ability to perform actions and achieve effective outcomes with little to no guidance
  • Strong business acumen, able to multi-task across disciplines, across functional areas and geographical territories
  • Organized, focused with excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead agency (digital, PR, brand, etc) teams to achieve agreed project targets
  • Proven track record with field operations focused on enterprise software leads generations across channels: WeChat, TikTok, SEO/SEM, Events, translation, whitepaper creation, community monitoring, case study write-up, Online/Offline Campaign leads generation
  • Practical experience of working with CRM and Marketing Automation systems
  • Prior experience working within a Cross-border multinational organization is required
  • Prior experience with case study development and media interviews
  • Prior experience conducting focus groups
  • Prior Integrated Marketing Planning experience would be helpful
  • Prior experience with whitepaper translation and Chinese whitepaper creation in China/Taiwan markets would be helpful
  • Prior customer journey research experience would be helpful
  • Ability to conduct primary research across online/offline channels
  • Prior 4A or Advertising experience preferred with Client facing responsibilities
  • Highly-organized, timely reporting on status of on-going and forecasted leads generation activities
  • Prior Enterprise Software marketing for region or territories
  • Credible and have the confidence to deal with senior level business relationships
  • Team-player, eagerness to learn AI and new technologies
  • Self-starter, likes to travel and explore new cultures and learning
  • Ambitious, committed to success in a rapid-growth, startup environment
  • Excellent Chinese oral / written skills; previous public speaking experience would be helpful

Your Responsibilities:

  • Event Management
    • Evaluation, Execution, Follow-up, Tracking, ROI and Reporting for Greater China Field and Partner events
    • Support and contribute to further development of our robust events management process
  • Digital and Social Media Management
    • Setup, Management, Content creation and scheduling, User recruitment for company’s official social sites but not limited to WeChat, Weibo, Baidu
  • Media Management
    • Identify press opportunities, Develop content for dissemination, Serve as the organization’s media liaison, and Conduct press conferences and briefings.
  • Campaign Management
    • Effective communication to target audiences via all channels, ability to track, monitor and report internally to marketing, management, sales and partners teams and also externally to partners
    • Roll-out new campaigns and programs to sales to enable optimal lead follow-up and ROI on marketing efforts
  • Sales Support and Lead Management
    • Support the GCR Sales team through event and campaign management
    • Track and report on marketing leads generated in region and hold sales accountable for follow-up and pipeline reporting
  • Budget
    • Effectively track marketing budget for your GCR Activities
  • Website
    • Support regional content updates through the website CMS
