Your Experience:

  • 5+ years presales experience with enterprise software vendor (eg ERP, CRM, BPM, EAI/ETL)
  • Presales technical capabilities. Eg. Knowledge of coding languages, SQL, Networking, API’s , Webservices, etc.
  • Quality presentation skills to senior management and large groups.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a passion for quality with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to organize multiple work tasks and prioritize them to meet specific deadlines, work under own initiative and respond to peaks in demand
  • Possess a strong desire for self-improvement and advancement with a strong and active interest in technology and innovation
  • Must be ambitious and prepared to commit to a rapidly growing company through a period of considerable expansion
  • Ability to work constructively together as a team, sharing ideas and resources
  • Knowledge of AI integration (eg IBM Watson, Microsoft Cognitive Services, Google Cloud)
  • Knowledge of IaaS and virtualization technologies (eg AWS, Azure, Citrix, VMware)
  • Business level+ English
  • Good documentation skills

Your Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will involve high touch sales activities and partner sales support. You will have an opportunity focus on assisting the sales team meeting sales targets through software sales, cloud sales and professional services assignments.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Work closely with the sales team on proposals and presentations for business.
  • Attending meetings with the sales team and acting as a technical expert.
  • Working closely with customers to understand and capture requirements.
  • Putting together business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals.
  • Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions.
  • Ensuring that the company’s product can deliver on the customer’s requirements.
  • Replying to customers following requests for information and proposal requests.
  • Providing ongoing support for customers post implementation.
  • producing detailed costings for customers and ensuring the contract is profitable.
  • Respond to RFI/RFP and security questionnaires
  • Occasionally Build and present customized demos
  • Support POC and POV for the strategic accounts
  • Liaise with the Professional Service, Customer Success and Support teams.
