The role available:

As a founder member of Blue Prism Spain, you will directly contribute to helping shape the proposition, vision and go-to-market strategy for the Iberian market. Selling both directly to clients and engaging closely with our strategic alliance / channel partners, to develop new business, you will shape the solution, proposition, vision and go-to-market strategy for your clients.

You will collaborate with and leverage internal resource when facilitating large, complex Enterprise deals, ensuring that the proposition meets the challenges our CxO audience has when it comes to Digital transformation and as an individual contributor you will own your number, focusing on a given vertical and geography.


What we look for in End User Sales candidates:

Experience of consultative selling at C-Suite level, managing complex transformational solutions deals. You will have the ability to have business led, creative conversations with clients and be able to create related solutions that meet your client’s challenges head on. You take an interest in the industry and economics trends likely to impact your client and have a solid sales track record that has ensured your customers see you as someone who adds significant value.

In addition; you will work on a mixture of new business and existing accounts and be self-driven, adept at leveraging resources, by building internal rapport to enable best execution of every deal.

You will have Spanish and English language skills, and vertical experience in Telco or Finance, with any other additional industry experience being a bonus.
