Your Opportunity:

Blue Prism is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Partner Solution Engineer to join the Solution Engineering team to help create, demonstrate, and support solutions with Partner ecosystem. The successful individual will:

  • Define new solutions based upon current Blue Prism platform features and industry trends in collaboration with Blue Prism partner management, Americas Industry Vertical Sales teams, and in conjunction with external partner management and technical resources
  • Assist in development and document of solutions for internal, partner, and customer consumption, including technical resource documentation and assisting with sales playbooks and go to market framework, as needed
  • Assist in coordination of partner solution-based campaigns with necessary ecosystem counterparts while serving as a SME
  • Develop and run proof of concept engagements in conjunction with / to enable our partners
  • Foster teamwork and mentorship among Sales Engineering team (internal and with partner) to encourage solution sharing and knowledge transfer
  • Monitor and track engagement of respective Partner Managers as it relates to building partner relationships, building pipeline, deals in flight, enablement and certification status of current partners in focus
  • Interface with Product Development and Marketing to drive collateral and product features based on partner gaps/needs as well as achievement of sales revenue goals
  • Assist, influence and help drive the creation sales collateral (i.e. reference architectures, use cases, and object inventories)
  • Conduct Blue Prism platform and roadmap update sessions on a scheduled frequency
  • Assist in a building and maintaining a joint BP/Partner asset library to ensure partners have the latest BP assets and are self-sufficient

Ideal recruits into this team will be experienced consultants with the following:

  • Successfully pass the Advanced Consolidation Exercise (ACE) and SE Certification
  • 1+ years of experience in a successful Sr. Solution Engineering role
  • In-depth knowledge of our partner eco-system
  • Ability to engage proactively with partners/customers to ensure success
  • Successfully managed customer engagements to completion
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems
  • Exceptional verbal and written organizational, presentation, and communication skills
  • Must be customer service oriented and believe in teamwork, collaboration, adaptability & initiative
  • Demonstrable success in thinking strategically, executing tactically while providing consistent and high levels of customer satisfaction and retention in a fast-paced environment
  • Competitive & competitively aware. Proficient at explaining strengths & vulnerabilities
  • Willingness to travel based on customer, partner and business need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
