The SVP of Global Field Marketing will hold accountability for all maximizing efficiency and effectiveness of Blue Prism’s Demand Generation organization and related activities – with a goal to increase awareness, pipeline and revenues with an attention to the top global enterprise customers.

  • You will have held the role of VP Global Marketing Field Marketing / Demand Generation / CMO or will have been a thought leader that has led growth of a business on a global scale to significant growth ie. >$1B
  • You will have led the internal transformation of marketing activity and proven successful in aligning people and activity to meet company objectives: outcomes will be world-class marketing practices whilst aggressively managing down spend
  • You have both a technology understanding and a background in marketing business-based solutions
  • You are a proven creative marketing thought leader with a track record of tangible results that align closely to sales outcomes and revenue growth
  • Your experience in successful people leadership of large, diverse, and dispersed global marketing organizations is key
  • You will have led or played a key marketing role in guiding and leading a company through creation of major growth and transformation of value proposition and creation of new markets
  • You have comprehensive knowledge of marketing best practice methodologies and systems
  • You have of both built and led marketing functions with globally recognized Tier 1 multi-billion-dollar brands, disruptor brands and unknown brands demonstrating clear value-add
  • You are an active coach and mentor of people and team practices
  • You are an outstanding presenter at all levels, able to communicate effectively and win mind share
  • You develop and build senior level Client and Partner relationships as well as internal relationships at all levels
  • You have deep analytical capability combined with creative thinking and the ability to use various methods for gathering/synthesizing data and formulating defensible conclusions related to business and marketing growth

Your Responsibilities:

  • To build and execute an integrated global marketing plan consistent with the empowered customer, i.e. understand and adept at buyer personas, orchestrating content and engagement along the buyer journey and deploying an integrated marketing approach that included digital and off-line marketing practices to optimize response levels and measurable pipeline contribution
  • Accountability for building the Global Field Marketing & Demand Generation teams that is forecasted to grow from circa 30 to 50 heads globally by the end of this year, and then to scale further in support of consistent high double-digit growth
  • Direct accountability for all Field Marketing, Demand Generation, Digital Marketing and Web Marketing, Events, Partner Marketing, Account Based Marketing and Marketing Operations
  • Accountability for the creation of a unified marketing plan to ensure alignment with of all marketing activity to the company goals
  • Agreement of the plan will involve deep and extensive collaboration with the COO, CSO, Regional Sales leaders and other key stakeholders
  • Full accountability for Marketing Budget and sign-off of all spend and activities
  • Create new market-share and ensure heightened market visibility
  • Further enhance Blue Prism as the recognized leader in the Robotic Process Automation space
  • Provide on-going thought leadership surrounding expansion of Blue Prism’s penetration of the market globally. This will be achieved through direct field operation and partnerships, and will expand on the product and services messaging
  • Lead creation of world-class communication, addressing core customer segments: Financial Services, Communications Media & Technology, Industrial and Manufacturing, Hospitality, Utilities, Health Care & Life Sciences, and Public Sector as well as across all solutions by business function: IT, Operations, Shared Services, Supply Chain, HR
  • Ensure all activity supports improved momentum in support of the sales organization, and growth outstrips both competitor and market expectations – this involves operational excellence to ensure lead-to-deal convergence is high
  • Will also be accountable for disruptive seeding of market messaging/customer references to ensure impact of the transformational nature of Blue Prism value proposition and build-out of a strong pipeline that turns into revenue
  • Consistently evolving the marketing organizational structure and plan to align to company revenue goals
  • Ensure operational excellence in all demand generation activities and marketing activity – this will involve deep and natural collaboration with all internal stakeholders to ensure activity is measurable and supports company goals
