Blue Prism is looking to hire a Technical Data Lead / Customer Analytics Lead who can help support, evolve and adapt our internal capability and understanding of Customer data. This data will enable Blue Prism to generate thought leadership by creating thought provoking insights and ensure we provide a solution that proactively meets our clients growing demands

Your Responsibilities:

· Get into the detail of our data landscape to become a technical data SME for the organisation

· Design support dashboards that can be shared across the world-wide support organisation which may include weekly management reports identifying key metrics

· Review and implement a cognitive solution to provide customer insights from the incident management system

· Implement systems to measure the effectiveness of Blue Prism’s self-service capabilities

· Implement automated delivery of metrics to our top tier customers

· Help define what is important to our customers and how to measure performance

· Be the link between the Customer Support organisation and the rest of the business on cross-functional technical projects and work effectively across functions to achieve best outcomes
